There comes a point in many women's lives when they realise they have slowly disappeared from themselves's.
Years of motherhood, relationships, responsibility, survival, people-pleasing, career pressures and life transitions can slowly pull women away from who they truly are. Add hormonal changes, ageing and shifting identities into the mix, and many women are left feeling disconnected from themselves, their confidence and even their reflection.
I know that feeling deeply.
Pick Up The Mirror was born from my own journey of rebuilding self-worth, identity and self-trust. Not through becoming somebody new, but through learning to see myself clearly again.
This is not traditional styling.
I use self-image, reflection and personal style as tools to help women reconnect with who they are beneath the roles, expectations and versions of themselves they may have outgrown.
